This indemnifies the insured against loss of or damage to the property insured contained in the premises, resulting from theft involving entry to or exit from the premises by actual forcible and violent means.
The policy also provides cover for damage to the premises during theft or attempted theft.
The policy can be extended to include loss of or damage to property whilst temporarily removed from the premises to any other premises provided that such premises conform to the required security standards and that the insurers’ consent has been obtained.
The policy covers goods belonging to the insured and/or held by them in trust and/or for which they are responsible.
